Registration Fee
Payable at the time of registration, this fee is refundable only if the applicant is not accepted by the school. Students entering the school later in the year are responsible for 100% of the fee. No place will be held for a student until this fee is paid. All new incoming students are required to undergo a readiness screening before entering the program.
The registration fee is $350.00 per student. Remember the registration fee serves as the book fee as well. This is another benefit to our program, having no excessive registration fee on top of the book costs.
Tuition Fee
We offer the flexibility of you paying your Tuition fees weekly, monthly or annually. Fees are based on a a 42 week class schedule. There will be no refunds of tuition payments.
Summer camp fees are separate from Primary School fees.
Annual Discounted Tuition
Full payment for FULL DAY or SCHOOL ONLY is due by June 9, 2008 to receive a 5% discount. ONLY valid for the 42 weeks of the actual school year.
Late Penalties
After the Monday of each week, a late payment fee of $10.00 will be added to accounts with unpaid balances. Students whose accounts are more than one week past due may be suspended from classes until a satisfactory agreement is reached with the business office.
Upon the third occurrence of an account being in arrears, continued enrollment in the school will be possible only upon enrollment in Tuition Express for the total arrearage, plus the remainder of the year's tuition.
Parents of students who are withdrawn or dismissed from school part way through the year are responsible for the full tuition for the month in which the child is withdrawn. Parents are required to complete a withdrawal form from the office before a student's records will be transferred. In addition, student records will not be transferred while an outstanding balance remains on the family's account.
Tuition Discounts
A tuition discount of 5% will be given to those paying the year's tuition in full by June 9, 2008.
School Only
By choosing School Only you are signing up for 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m., which is our Primary School instruction time. School Only also includes lunch. This option covers a 42 week period of class schedule.
SIGN the TUITION CONTRACT
Either parent or legal guardian listed on the contract may sign it. Your signature on the tuition contract indicates your agreement with the policies and procedures of the School as detailed in the handbook. The Student Handbook is available for review at the front office.

9:00 – 3:00 Monday – Friday: K-5th (Extended care is available for students who arrive before 9:00 a.m or remain after 3:00 p.m.., for an additional fee.)
